There's More to You than Meets the Eye

Author: Ananga Sivyer

Many of us walk around completely unaware of the miracles that occur beneath our skin at every breath and heartbeat. Usually, it's not until something starts to feel uncomfortable that we give our bodies much thought.

But to really live a full and healthy life, we could learn a little more about how we work, and how we can help ourselves work better.

For those who want choices in their physical and emotional expressions, the body holds even deeper mysteries than those of circulation and respiration. It has a series of subtle energy channels called meridians that any one of us can learn to use to our advantage.

The Emotional Freedom Technique - EFT for short - is a wonderful self-help tool that can be used for a broad range of physical and emotional discomfort. Simply by tapping on a set sequence of meridian energy points, as used in acupuncture, you can learn to feel more relaxed and calm about life. To reduce fear and general anxiety, or even to improve your confidence or memory.

Knowledge of these points and how they work is thousands of years old, but more recently, and thanks to the pioneering work of one Dr Roger Callahan, the science of self-help emotional freedom has resurfaced in a simplified, yet highly effective form, that even the busiest of people can learn to use.

EFT is the ultimate tool for busy people, bringing ancient healing knowledge in a simple to learn routine. It's so effective that you'd think EFT users were masters of energy healing, but usually they're not. They are simply benefitting from research that found the best points and the best way to use them. That frees us from complicated learning and gets us benefitting fast. Which, in my opinion, makes EFT an ideal tool for introducing potent ancient healing methods to busy people who like to have some say over their health and emotions without engaging in a steep learning curve.
