Pubic Hair Shaving: Step By Step

Author: Tim Goodman

The preparation phase of pubic hair shaving involves gathering together in one place all the tools (ahem) you need to get the job done. The first thing you want to do prior to getting gung-ho and dive right in to shaving your bits and pieces is to trim the length of the hair down to about a quarter of an inch before using an electric shaver to finishing the job.

Once it's trimmed down make sure to use warm water to wash off the stray hairs and to soften your pubic hair. If you'd like you can go take a nice warm shower and bathe that area for a while to reduce the coarseness of the hairs and thus making your work easier.

Now dry this area completely and if necessary use talcum powder remove any excess sweat and oil from the regions but avoid getting it close to the sensitive regions of the genitalia.

Now you are ready to shave. Take the shaver and work your way away from the grain in as little movements as possible, then wash of the hair and do it in reverse to remove the hairs that are remaining. Once that is done wash of the area thoroughly.

Now you can moisturize the area with aloe vera or baby oil if you'd like to prevent irritation. So it's simple right? Following these basic guidelines regularly and as necessary will ensure that you have cleanly shaved pubes to your specifications.
